Items eligible for refund or exchange must be returned within 10 business days undamaged and unworn with original tags. We do not charge a return fee but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping back to us. Your refund will be issued up to a week after we receive your shipment. Please email us before sending anything back to receive a RAN# (Return Authorization Number). We do not offer Exchanges at this time. To ensure that you get the size you want, we recommend that you purchase your new item(s) during the process of return and you will be credited once your return is received in our warehouse. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
